Since your information has already been submitted, you are able to checkout without re-entering your shipping information each time that you purchase from the site. Plus we are able to track your purchases, so you can review your order history at any time. To register, go to the shopper registration section under Customer Service. prices do not include sales taxes. Appropriate sales tax will be automatically added to your total if your order is shipped to a state where a store has been established. Sales tax is excluded on shipments delivered to the following states: ID, ME, MT, ND, SD, VT and WY. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are not able to accept international orders directly over the Internet at this time. For our Canadian visitors, please see our section on Canada shown below, and we will be happy to help you. If damage occurs to your order in delivery, please call our toll free number, to arrange for a return pickup. We will cheerfully exchange it, refund your money, or credit your charge card. When returning merchandise, please return the product with the invoice packed in the original carton. This In-Home service is only available Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm, in the continuous 48 states. Delivery will be scheduled by appointment. Please advise our delivery agent of any special delivery requirements, as there may be additional charges. All In-Home Delivery charges are non-refundable. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee based on the purchase price on all returned In-Home Delivery items. For In-Home Delivery on Furniture, allow 2-3 weeks.For In-Home Delivery on some Upholstery, allow 6-8 weeks.Assembly Many of our furniture items require a small amount of simple assembly, typically less than thirty minutes.
